concerns, complaints and grievances

Individuals should report their dissatisfaction with any service, employee, or department of Bridging Care by calling, emailing or texting the Director of Compliance.

At Bridging Care, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, responsive, and safe environment for all individuals receiving our services. As outlined in the admission materials, individuals may confidentially report any concerns or dissatisfaction related to a service, staff member, or department directly to our Director of Quality and Compliance.

At any time, you may request a copy of the materials provided during admission regarding your rights as a patient, including information on confidentiality, complaints and grievances, and access to your patient file.

Our Director of Quality and Compliance, Gabriela Martinez, is available to support you. You can reach her by email at gabriela@bridging.care or by call at (206) 209-2186. Gabriela will work with you to address and resolve any issues. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, she will assist you in filing a formal grievance with Bridging Care.

Upon request, our team can also help you contact your Managed Care Organization (MCO), the Department of Health, or the Behavioral Health Ombuds to file a complaint or request an independent review.
